Truworths Hemmingways mall

Goodday I hereby wish to place a complain regarding Truworths Store in Hemmingways mall East London. I bought a perfume last week, two days later after using it, I discovered that it's not lasting. I immediately called the store to notify them, I was told to bring the perfume, which I brought and I was told there's nothing that they can do about it by Store Manager Noxie, because body acid differ from each individual. I spoke to Area Manager Ms Mare-van Heerden, she told me, same story, so I decided to leave the perfume there with them.

My issue is how can I pay for something expensive that doesn't last? Why they didn't tell me on how perfumes work.
