Truworths Helen Joseph staff kids section

I don't even know where to start. The Truworths at Helen Joseph Street has the worst employees. Absolutely no regard for customers. They think they are doing us a favor. The old lady they call the manager is rude and impatient. I'm not one to complain but it's sad that's it's the only Truworths in JHB Cbd with kids clothing. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and to this day I have not received 2 of the items I ordered. Mind you I received a text stating they are ready for delivery. I went back to the store 3 times and was told they cannot find it. What's even worse is that no one was assisting me to get a way forward. I had to ask the manager for the number of someone who can assist. The staff at the kid's department are very slow and rude. I am never going back to that store ever again. I have too many bad experiences with them. I can't mention all of them. I am not alone whenever I am there I also in line find customers who are not impressed with them.
