Truworths has no customer service and they are rude

I have been truworths loyal customer for more than 8 years on the 3rd March 2023 I went truworths Maponya Mall to buy a cell which I need desperately. After choosing a phone when I went to pay the cashier arrogantly told me that I don't qualify for buy a phone when I ask why because I have R9000 credit available he said is like, I tried to understand but no I was not assisted. I should I have account with them then they choose what to buy for me then I do not need this account also I have been wanting to do card replacement since November 2022 every time I go to truworts they tell me stories which irritate me. CLEARLY truworths does not need me as their customers
