Truworths has a delivery system that is terrible

Never ever had a company that takes so long to do a delivery I order from overseas and get the order faster than from Truworths and when finaly we get the message that it will be delivered it was not and when i phoned I did not get any results DONT ORDER FROM TRUWORTHS
