Truworths Harrassment

My wife has an outstanding balance of R52 on her account, but has paid more than required on the monthly repayment amount. We have not been to a shopping centre this month and subsequently she has not paid them. Truworths decided to start harassing her to the tune of more that 25 calls since Monday the 16th of March. I spoke to a Supervisor at the debt collection for Truworths yesterday called Leslie. After explaining to him that we would resolve the issue on Saturday and they have ****ed my wife off to the tune that we will also close the account due to their harassment, he promised me that there would be no more calls, but alas, today 10 more calls. In a depressed market one would think that you would try and retain your loyal customers. My wife has had her Truworths account for more than 35 years, and has a brilliant credit record. Good riddance Truworths.
