Truworths - Harassment

Harassment by Truworths I do all my shopping at Truworths Musgrave and opened my account at that branch and make all my account payments there. I never had any issues until: in the beginning of Feb I queried my balance and made the payment + surplus of what I was informed to pay. I then received communication that the account was short paid which didn't make sense as to my knowledge as I paid what was due with a small surplus in my favour. When I went back to Musgrave Truworths on 16 February to the same consultant, he was also confused as he knew I had paid what was due and he was unsure how the balance changed but he told me to pay a difference to bring it up to date in presence of his supervisor and they both told me the situation is resolved and that my next payment is on March. However on 17 Feb at 1am, Truworths sends a pathetic worded email as if I am a defaulter / non payer who is requested to settle the account. Today, 18 February I receive a call from ********** - Precious Ngubane who claims to be from Truworths and wants my ID and details for what reason?? I don't even know if she is from Truworths or a ******* but I would like to inform Truworths that my account is paid up and the next payment is due March and as a responsible customer I keep up its not my problem that I short paid, go check with the consultant unless this is a silly tactic to get me in arrears to make me pay a double instalment ??? I really do not need to shop at Truworths and do not need this kind of pathetic service , I didn't need the account , the consultant approached me and now I regret giving him my details to experience this !!! I look forward to paying only the MONTHLY instalments off and closing this account and going back to Edgars - at least they know a thing or two about customer service and harassment is not part of it
