Truworths harasses clients!

I purchased goods online in Dec 2020 requesting to pay over 12 months. This payment period was not implemented and as a result, my monthly payment was far higher than expected. I short paid by R300 in March. Since then, I have been contacted upwards of 5 times a day to my cell, landline, sms and on Facebook messenger! I made payment today and they are still harassing me! I have been a Truworths account holder for over 15 years! I am closing my account!
