Truworths Groblersdal refusing return of item
<p>I bought a dress in Jane Furse branch, it does not fit. I went to groblersdal branch to return the dress with proof of purchase, the price ticket is still attached but they refuse recieve it because it's not from their branch and had slight dirt. The store manager "nomsa" said that it was my responsibility to see that the dress has dirt. I don't want the dress anymore and they should refund me and make sure the keep their items clean as a reputable company. .. I always buy items at groblersdal but the new store manager had bad service</p>

We were concerned to read of your experience and therefore liaised with the Area Manager of the store in question.
We were informed that the dress was initially assessed by one of our consultants in store. As the consultant noticed that the dress was not in its original condition the matter was escalated to the manager of the store, whose findings, after assessing the condition of the dress, were the same.
As you are not happy with the outcome of your query the Area Manager has agreed to re-assess the item for you and has contacted you to make arrangements in this regard.
