Truworths Groblersdal refusing return of item

<p>Good evening</p> <p>I bought a dress in Jane Furse branch, it does not fit. I went to groblersdal branch to return the dress with proof of purchase, the price ticket is still attached but they refuse to recieve it back because it's not from their branch and had slight dirt. The store manager "nomsa" said that it was my responsibility to see that the dress has dirt. I don't want the dress anymore and they should refund me and make sure the keep their items clean as a reputable company. .. I always buy items at groblersdal but the new store manager had bad service</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me with getting my money back</p>
