Truworths Greenstone Mall pathetic service

Visited Truworths Greenstone on the 20th of August to purchase Este Lauder, I was sold Gateneu Vitamin C Serum and Nuxe of which I reacted to it. My skin got itchy and the sales Representative called me a week and a half later to check on how their product was treating me. I told her I had sleepless nights due to itchiness. She advised I return the product of which I did. My skin started changing color and I became dark as if I have been dipped in boiling oil like a fat cake. I went to the store several times leaving messages for the Gateneu Rep Lydia and eventually got back to me. She set up a meeting with the Gateneu Area Manager for the 25th of November and after a few days she rescheduled the meeting to the 30th and I was going to be reminded on the 29th, that never happened.

I called the shop on the 6th of December to follow up, I was told by the Store Manager Clementine that I was refunded my money so what was my problem, told her it's not about the money but my skin that is damaged. She says Lydia the Rep who helped me is not there so they can't do anything, I asked her so if Lydia is not there Truworths Greenstone closes. She then got hold of Debbie to call me who scheduled a meeting for the 7th of December. I got to the shop at 9:05 for a 9:30 meeting, The Truworths ladies came to the Perfume section and they spoke abouty skin making fun about my complain, not knowing I was the one next to them wearing a mask so l do not lose my self esteem even more. They were saying they tired of my complaints after so many attempts I made to get hold of them leaving messages with no luck
