Truworths gives false info to itc bureau! Its *****

How can truworths give false information to experian itc and i get penalized?? I hve 2k limit on my acc so how can i go R200 over my limit?? There is no way truworths will let you go over your limit!! Pls tell me how can you give false info to itc?? Its *****
