Truworths Gateway Satisfied customer

So I had a complaint a few weeks ago regarding a garment that was purchased as a gift for me that was the wrong size, I had no reciept therefore was told that I could not exchange it for the correct size. The cashier who assited me at the time, informed me that the branch Manger refused to exchange it, today I recieved a call from the Gateway Branch manager himself Mr Preston who was unaware of this issue and was willing to change the garment as it was an over sight. Big ups Mr Preston, for taking the time to assist and to make up for this oversight, much appreciated. There you go all, please ensure that you personally speak to management ideally the branch managers if you have no joy from other staff, as they are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
