Truworths Gateway Mall - Horrible face consultant

I cant recall the last time I had to write a bad review, but the consultant I liaised with yesterday @Truworths Gateway mall was absolutely disappointing. I have shopped at the store for over 10 years for my Estee Laude products. Recently contracted contact dermatitis after doctor consults & various tests the Estee Laude make up no longer agreed on my skin. I was advised by my dermatologist to try different brands , do a skin test & check which would be safe to use. The consultant I liaised with was extremely unhelpful, she went on her phone & started googling brands & had the audacity to advise me to try Revlon or Maybeline after me advising her that the make up needed to be mineral based. I have such an issue with my skin last few weeks & to have that kind of treatment & inconsiderate behaivior towards the people that make your type of employment successful is extremely disgusting. Her lack of empathy or motivation to do her job & help the customer was extremely sad.
