truworths ********** account

On the 21st January 2021 i discovered that i have a ********** account with Truworths, i discovered this through Clearscore.co.za and saw that the account was already in arrears. I then went to the nearest truworths in Dobsonville they advice that i do an affidavit and bring it so that they can email it to their head office ***** department. I did all of that, i went again to check they said it has not cleared and it keeps incurring interests, they resent the documents again on the 17 April 2021 and i went in today 05 June 2021 still the interests are accumulating. They are telling me the account has been handed over to the lawyers, i'm sick and tired of this company for making my life miserable. truworths account number *** was not opened by me. Your stores are not helpful either, how can you tell the customer to phone your lawyers shouldn't it be you? infact i'm happy i'm not even your client i advice anyone who is with truworths to close their account, i'm not even their customer but i get bad service.
