Truworths frad department

Somebody **********ly opened a truworths account on my name at highveld mall. I reported this to the truworths account and I sent all the documents they requested, to my surprise I received letters of demand from MBD credit solutions. When I call truworths ***** department, they say the account was unblock and hended over to MBD credit solutions. No one contacted me to ask for any further information on the matter. This is really degrading
