Truworths four ways, a waste of time
Worst customer service received from a retail store ... They are completely unconscious of the customers, the manager walks around all day like she's the queen of the store waiting for authorizations instead of helping others . Rude bunch of people

As we were concerned to read of your recent experience at one of our stores, we referred the matter to the relevant Area Manager to investigate and address without delay.
We believe that the respective Store Manager has tried phoning you to apologise for any inconvenience caused, but that she has not been able to reach you. She will however continue in her efforts, until your concerns raised have been addressed.
Further to this, we have been advised that the staff members will be addressed regarding their conduct, and the appropriate corrective action will be taken to ensure that this behavior is not repeated.
