Truworths

on the 21st of November 2023 Truworths did a hard inquiry on my credit report without my permission. As a result i lost 32 points from my credit report. I did not apply any of your products why would you do a hard inquiry on my profile? I'm in a process of building my credit score so that i can buy myself a property and you come and ruin that for me.

Please contact Trans-union and reverse that unauthorized inquiry.
