Truworths falsely claimed I have missed payments

They firstly said I missed a payment whereas I made 2 payments towards the account. When I wrote for them to correct it and to update whilst sending proof of payment they didn’t even bother to respond. They further updated this false information onto Experian negatively affected my credit score.
