Truworths false offers and Lies!

Im very disappointed with Truworths. Firstly I never asked for an account, you offered me. Truworths sent me a letter saying I was selected to receive an offer of a personalized account. The letter says it includes a credit facility of R2200 and R1000 voucher and all I have to do is bring my ID. Oh "this is totally secure" they say. So I take the card on the letter together with the letter and my ID to Truworths bloed mall and I'm told their systems says 'no pending application' so now they have to process a new application for me. So instead of just easily just getting to the store and activating the card I'm told to wait for an hour for an SMS that will tell me if I'm approved or not. How ***********!!! I drove all the way to the store with my own money for this nonsense. Its 8hrs later and still no SMS.! Why did you send me that letter in first place?!
