TRUWORTHS FAILURE

I made my very first account purchase on the 4/02/23. An online order I had sent to V&A Waterfront, I first received the incorrect item 2 weeks later, I've since been to the store no less than 6 times. I'm still waiting for one of the items ordered a month later, I've tried to cancel the order, I've asked that my installment be corrected, I've mailed customer service multiple times only to be met with the same insincere apology and have my case be "escalated" to the relevant store. At this point I've called customer service and been put through to multiple departments. Do not bother opening an account with this store. Customer service is putrid both in store and throughout the company. Deeply dissatisfied.
