Truworths

I shopped online and was excited to get my item. I opted for delivery at one of their branches to avoid extra costs as this item was out of stock in the branches near me. I went to collect my order today and before leaving the store I asked to try it and see when I took the item before even going to the fitting room I saw it was cut and burned and I asked the supervisor if I had not checked this item and took it home and realize this then return it where they going to accept it? And obviously they wouldn't which he confirmed, so I would have donated my R750 to Truworths online shopping? How many other people have experienced this and lost their money, im so disappointed and will never use their online shopping I had so much faith in Truworths as I see it with my own eyes in their stores but this online!!!
