Truworths

Hi , My account was due for payment R1104.04 on the 5 August 2024, I paid the exact amount on the 31 July 2024. I double checked. It appeared on my new statement. With the new statement, it also showed that I was R250.00 in arrears. I have never missed a payment. Where does the R250.00 come from? I emailed them, no response. I phoned them, the lady said she cant understand why this is.... She puts me through to Legal, they put me through to another division. While writing this review... I was on the phone with them....I am on hold for 26 mins... @ 2:01pm....still on hold... 2:06pm....Finally, they come back to me.... It was an error!!!! It was their mistake. No, apology... and no apology voucher for my mini anxiety attack.
