TRUWORTHS - EXTRA 25% OFF SERVICE

Visited Clearwater mall on Saturday and I had to stand in the queue for more that 20 minutes to pay. I wanted to purchase 2 shirts, the one did not have a tag. The shirt scanned at R420 but I told the lady at the till that there is other shirts on the sale rack marked at R240. She was not interested in going and checking and she asked her supervisor why is the shirt not scanning the sale price and he said that the brand of the shirt is different to the one on sale. He too was too lazy to go and check so I paid for the one shirt and left the other one because it was not on sale. I went back to the sale rack and the shirt i wanted was exactly the one that was reduced, same brand and all. The sales people were just too lazy to check and I was not going to wait in the line again to argue and pay for the shirt again. Truworths need to employ people who actually want to work and not be there for the sake of earning a salary.
