Truworths exchange policy!

Truworths has got the worst return policies in place. I wanted to exchange an item that by husband bought on his account. Took the item and slip and and explained that I need just an exchange. They refused because I was not the account holder. How pathetic. On another occasion I bought bras cash, lost the slip and was refused an exchange even though the tags was in tact, because I cannot give them an exact date. Also told they have an 30 day exchange policy. My daughter’s cellphone was ****** out of het hoodie pocket by a gang of ladies, we screamed at security to stop them in store. He blatantly ignored us. When asked toe see footage they rep**** that they do not have cameras. How bad is this customer service in today’s day and age with the technology available. This is the only store that I have had trouble exchanging goods, service is PATHETIC! Tried to speak to head office. Took me 8 phone calls that was disconnected. Before speaking to Supervisor and was just told sorry, that is the policy. Sitting with goods that I cannot exchange. Their attitude stinks.
