Truworths Eloff Street, JHB CBD

Truworths Eloff Street JHB has the worst customer service. Always one teller with a long queue. Staff members up and down the shop and no one seems to care when asked. I waited over an hour for my online order. Eventually left after they couldn’t find it even though I received the sms two days before. I am back in store again and it took another 15 minutes to be helped and I had to wait AGAIN for the rude lady (who wouldn’t even greet) to go up and down looking for my order. This store is failing at this order and collect service. At Ackermans it’s so efficient maybe they need to learn a thing or two from them.
