Truworths eastrand mall
<p>I took a truworths cellphone insurance. Last year dear December a made a claim I faxed all the required document and they said they will call me. Somewhere in February they haven't called and I decided to call them. They said I was suppose to deposit a access fess I did so and faxed proof of payment. Still there was no feedback from them I went to truworths store they contantacted hollard and they promised to send the phone andbthat was in March and still today I'm still waiting my access fee is still we them and they are debiting from my account my I haven't received my phone.</p>
