Truworths Eastgate staff closed stores before time on 23rd Dec

Very very bad. On the 23rd Dec. I did quick shopping for my children during the day, left the shopping bag full of Earthchild, Max etc at the counter with Sabelo, asked him what time they close because I have to fetch little ones to come and fit then I can pay. Then he told me they close at 7pm, so I arrived exactly 6:50@the door, I was badly treated by the staff and security who screamed at me they are closed closed I cannot enter. I told them I came to pay for the clothes I left with Sabelo at the counter not shopping plus its not 7 pm yet, they shouted at me I must come.back tomorrow the 24th. I mean after driving 60kms back and forth to fetch my children at home, only to find that the store closed before time was the most embarrassing character in public. Truworths must pay for the inconvenience caused in this regard. Truworths Management must answer for breaking knocking off time rules for the Mall.
