Truworths dreadfull company

I have an account with truworths lost my job due to covid They phone me to pay my account . Told them my situation and then they tell me they cant assist with the hollard claim that my problem . Thats what i call good service no help provided u dont have money to do endless calls to hollard but .you do but still get no answer or help from either and the staff is so rude Will never support them again
