Truworths dont care about their customers

On the 13th of May 2017 I paid R600.00 out of my debit card into my Truworths account card no ********** ********** in my my Niroshni Asari at the branch in Trade route Mall Lenasia. So around about the 23rd/24 of May I had a cash deposit into my bank account from a company payout that was due to me. So I went to the bank I drew out an amount R4000. to pay my accounts.the bank was near Truworths so I went into Truworths and I paid the amount of R1000 cash. in my Truworths account again in the same month. It was paid to a lady with breads and a fair looking cashier. A month later I receive a statement that does not show my R1000 payment. So I go to Truworths on a Saturday leaving a message for the manager to call me in regard to my payment at that time the cashier was not in store and manager was off.I kept on phoning the store and response from the manager. So I went to the store in South Gate and i was very upset the manager there called the store in trade route mall and the manager said that she knew nothing about me coming to store and complaining about my payments.I was screaming at the store because by this time I was very upset knowing that I went to trade route and complained left her a message to call me and she says she does not know anything. So she asked me to come to the store again and I did so she told me that the cashier that helped me was a temp and is no longer working there. the manager did not ask me anything about the cashier i told her the description of this lady thats when she told me that the lady is no longer working there. If one has to look at the history of my account I had made cash payment and debit payments through my debit card. And I had made payments always until the issue with R1000.00 I was a very good customer. I did look for both my receipts the R1000 and R600 in all my bags I could not find it however both payments was made to the trade route mall store surely my monies must be tracked down the cashier for that day would have been over by R1000. or someone is not doing their job. It is my money and I work very hard for my money and for someone just to lose my money devastates me. I am so upset and very angry. i would like that store to find my money and credit to my account. this is not acceptable so one can not trust the store that is supported by the public. what is this world becoming. I will not pay this account until my R1000 has been sorted out
