Truworths doesn’t care

I bought a pair of tights at Truworths in Potchefstroom Riverwalk on 12/05/2020 only to find they have a hole in them. I went back to the store to exchange for another pair the next day. I was informed since it’s underwear I cannot return them. I called ur call centre on 13/05/2020 to find out what I must now do with a pair of tights that have a whole in them, I was informed the matter is being escalated and they will get back to me in 48 hours by Sakhumzi. 2 days later I called and spoke to Mavis who then told me I will get feedback before the end of the week. I’m still waiting for the feedback today, I even went to Woolworths to but a new pair of tights and all I want now is my money back.
