Truworths does not give care to thier customers

I was at Parrow center truworths and lost my wallet inside the store today 12/02/22 . The manager told me that they donot have CCTV cameras installed when I requested to view the Fotage, she also stated that maybe another customer pick pocketed me in the store or the customer behind me took it.and they could not assist me any further.

Im failing to believe/ understand how such a big store does not have CCTV installed inside. Im in disbelieve and in shock at the lack of care and attention I recieved while complaining about this incident that occured inside their store.
