TRUWORTHS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of regard for customer value and the inadequate resolution of my complaint after registering it with Truworths' customer service branch on Saturday, June 24th. Despite expressing my concerns about an issue with my account, the reassurance from Marita Khiea that Zohra Cader would address the unpleasant service and unsatisfactory treatment, and spending a significant amount of time at the store and engaging with the customer service call centre, Truworths has demonstrated a concerning disregard for its customers. As a loyal customer who has maintained an account with Truworths for over two decades, I expected a higher level of consideration and prompt resolution for any issues that arose. Unfortunately, Truworths has failed to deliver on these expectations.
