Truworths does not care about its customers, really bad service

My name is Zanele....Truworths makes me angry, I purchased a jacket online... three days after I received a message notifying me that the jacket is no longer available which is not a problem, the problem is that the Jacket is still on the internet and it even shows that the size is still available ????. I really love the jacket so I attempted do a purchase again, which I could I even got an order number but then the following day I received the same message saying unfortunately the jacket isn’t available. I send an email to Truworths trying to understand why they keep the jacket online with the other items that are available while it’s not available, but not one bothered to respond to my email. Truworths is really bad when it comes to customer service
