Truworths does not adhere to their 'goods return' policy

I ordered trousers online, which was not suitable when i received it on 12 Jan 2020. When i attempted to return it instore, i was told to come back at a later date. I have been back to the store (Woodlands, Pretoria) 3 times afterwards with no avail. I contacted Truworths at *** as well as ***. a person by the name of Tauric rep****, requesting more info. To date, my follow up mails have been ignored and the personnel at Woodlands branch doesn't have the know how of crediting my account. Truworths nevertheless HOLDS ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF R599. THIS CONTRADICTS THEIR 'GOODS RETURN' POLICY
