Truworths does it again

I was called from HO informing that the goods (3 items) I wanted is in stock and wanted to know if I'm still interested, to which I rep****, yes. Got a call from the courier company asking me where I was as they wanted to deliver the goods, turns out they were in another province and they will re-route the item. Only to get a call from Truworths Cresta telling me to collect the item? I am 700km from Cresta, I paid for delivery to my door for goods that I am still waiting for and being billed for. <br> As it is, I don't have a clue on what's happening on my account and I am being charged for items that, 1. I never ordered yet delivered to me and 2. Items never delivered to me and this is the second time in a row that this is happening.<br> Really?
