Truworths dishonesty on sale prices when online shopping, never online shop with them!!

I bought an item on sale via online shopping, they charged the normal price. Two days ago I checked on the website and the item still showed on sale, I sent a query, no one responded. I phoned later and was told that the sale ended just before I placed the order. On the website it still showed the sale. They refused to give me the discount. I bought two pairs of flip flops that had discount tags on the price, but was told that it is only for in-store purchases, but nowhere on the tag or on the website does it state that.

I ordered 11 items, it took them 7 deliveries to deliver it all. What shocking service. Rather use any of the other outlets.
