Truworths disappointing online service

I ordered a gold evening dress online from the Sandton store. I went to fetch my order at the River Square mall and what was shipped was a pink outfit for a toddler. What makes matters worse is that the Sandton store was called numerous times but no one has picked up the phone. I currently don't know the way forward which is highly disappointing for a brand like Truworths.
