Truworths direct marketing, never been a customer
I would like to be enlightened as to where Truworths obtains contact information for direct marketing?<br> <br> I have never been a Truworths customer, I do not consent to receiving any form of marketing as I have no wish to receive spam, nor to have my contact details freely spread.<br> <br> So, please respond as I wish to be removed from your marketing lists.<br> Additionally, I wish to be provided with proof as to where I provided my consent to receive any form of marketing.<br> <br> Why is the cost to opt-out be born by the receiver?<br> Is it not legislation that the cost of opting out should be borne by the marketer?<br> <br> I will follow up further once you have responded here, in the mean time I'm investigating alternative channels as direct marketing in general is way out of hand.
