Truworths didn't like me.

I'm a 60 yr old male. I made a 20km round trip to open an account based on the link above. I fortunately didn't manage to open an account with Truworths as your counter person made it quite clear that Truworths didn't want my money. (I'm white, so it figures). Good thing it happened so early in my dealings with you before I commited to do business with you. The counter person didn't want to hear my story and was unhelpful and rude. Maybe she had had a bad day, but I'm sure I can't be blamed. (can I??) I didn't have my ID with me but had a drivers license (valid till Jan 2021 due to COVID-19) and several other state issued licenses. When I pointed out that there was a grace period for licenses that expired from August 2020 she rolled her eyes and stared at me. She told me to put my mask on properly... I knew I wasn't welcome in Truworths. You just get that feeling. I left and went to Mr Price on the floor below and was helped and app**** for an account. No problem. The moral of the story? Don't let a clothing store make you doubt your Truworth.
