Truworths ***** Department don't want to solve the ***** account

I was de*****ed ijn March 2024. Someone used my details to take clothes on credit ( using my account) at Truworths. I reported at Truworths that is nearby. They asked my personal details and they send it to Truworths *****. Since then Truworths has never contacted me. The account still has that credit of R5000 that person purchase on.
