Truworths delivery service pathetic

Pathetic delivery service from online order with Truworths. Online order suppose to have been delivered 24th August. Phone them twice today 25th August and made it clear I want feedback. They promised delivery today and again no delivery. Truworths and their courier company PATHETIC AND USELESS!!!
