Truworths delivered the parcel with 3 items missing

Order number: o*** for the MAC ADVENT Calendar 2025, which I have received BUT on day 3 there is an item missing as well as day 15 and 22. I paid a HUGE amount of money for this item and have tried all the local South Africa Mac stores as well as the company that sold the item to me Truworths.

I would request a prompt replacement of the items that are missing and an apology for a SUB STANDARD item sold. What an embarrassment, Mac used to be a premium product
