Truworths Defected Mobile Phones

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service and the product I purchased from your store. In Jan or Feb , I bought a Samsung Galaxy A06 from your store located at Phoenix Plaza. Within just one month of purchase, the touch screen began malfunctioning and would not scroll properly. I took the phone to your Phoenix branch, where I was told it would take approximately six weeks to repair. The staff member I interacted with was not helpful, and after waiting four weeks, my phone was finally repaired. However, just one month after the repair, I encountered another issue—the charging port became faulty, and once again, the touch screen stopped functioning. Over the span of six months, I have experienced three separate problems with the same device, which is unacceptable for a product from a reputable brand. To make matters worse, the warranty period has now expired, and I am left with the burden of costly repairs. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the brand reputation and the level of service I expected from Truworths. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly. I believe that the product should be either replaced or repaired free of charge, given the repeated faults and the inconvenience caused.
