Truworths Debit order failure

I am a long-standing Truworths customer and my account is set up for payment via DEBIT ORDER.

For the past 2 months, Truworths have not processed my debit order payment. There were sufficient funds in my account, yet no payment was deducted. This appears to be some sort of technical problem on your side.

I called truworths twice and spoke to their agents They assured me the matter will be investigated and resolved but 2 months later nothing You’ve tarnished my credit score as I am about to by a new car

I request that my information be updated and sent to the credit bureaus because it’s affected my good profile

I’m paying the full amount tomorrow morning

I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication on your side
