Truworths De Aar's Star Employee Goes Above and Beyond

Truworth De Aar and the staff there, Nosipho Mpatane in particular, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get hold of an item of clothing I was looking for. She was quick to find it, get back to me, keep me updated and was efficient and professional.

It was refreshing to have service like that after dealing with the Newcastle and Richards Bay stores that were unfriendly, never called me back for hours, and even after calling them back and listening to the staff screaming across the store to each other, couldn't help me.

I was done and dusted within 10 minutes with Nosipho.

Nosipho is an employee that deserves recognition and I hope she gets it.
