Truworths offered R60 off when getting two specific tee's - I had purchased two tee's so hence received the R60 discount. Unfortunately one did not fit correctly so I took that one back and exchanged for another one (R39 more expensive for new tee) - I ended up paying the difference and I had to pay the initial discount - even though the other top I bought was on the original slip. So in actual fact even though I had bought 2 tee's with the discount I was ******! No discount for me!!! There was ONE teller on duty yesterday, so I waited, then when I told them that I was not prepared to pay the discount because I had infanct taken two tee's they had no idea what to do and how to sort it. The one manager said she knew how to rectify it but was umming and aahing and it was taking so long that I just paid - I was in a rush and wasted enough time! The manager was not really friendly and I was actually expecting a call yesterday to appologise for the experience and that she would try to resolve it - as of now, not a single word! I am not happy! TRUWORTHS cheated me!!!!!
