Truworths

Most places accepts exchanges within 30 days except Truworths Cresta! Birthday item was 2 small and swing ticket with price was still attached. Did not want a refund... just simply wanted a bigger size and teller and manager unaccommodating without slip on 21-Apr-25. Did phone person that gifted the clothes and even provided them with id # and account number & they could not help... So be warned when shopping at Truworths!
