Truworths customer services continues to lie to my daughter

My daughter is waiting now from July for her refund. Every time you customer services lies to her. The stories varies from we have done the refund, to the bank rejected the refund to it will be done today. The customer services and finance department seems to have no ethics and lies to its customers.
