Truworths customer service sucks!!!

I have a truworths account for less than 6 months now and they already brought down my score at the bureau. I put a debit order in place for payment and then called in to change it because my salary date changed. They failed to do so even though on the call they said they would, i still went into store to make a direct payment cos something told me something was off with the agent i spoke to. They still tried debiting my account even tho I said to cancel the debit order after the *********** agent did not understand j word I was trying to get in just to check my credit profile and see that they marked me as a missed payment even tho I made the payment in store, wth man, are you trying to ruin your customers credit profiles and can someone competent please call me back to sort out this matter and get my damn name cleared from the bureau because as far as I know you sitting with my damn money
