Truworths Customer Service sooooooo RUDE

I am honestly disappointed in the leave of assistance I received from Truworths. I received a gift from a family friend who unfortunately did not present it with a receipt. Long story short my I tried exchange the items bought at the Truworths in Irene Mall. The stuff at the store were plesent and went out of their way to explain why they couldn't assistance as it was company police. My issues is with the supposed customer service. I called their customer service trying to complain hoping there was something they couldn't do seeing that the store was unable to assist. What a WOW .....what absolute shocking customer service. The first lady by the name of Nolukhanya from Truworths Customer care hangup the phone on me. From there on everyone who was on duty did the same thing....it got to a point where the phone would ring and with out an answer it would get hang up again. Except for 1 consultant who was willing to assist. Truworths is adiment on their policies to make sure they safe garde themselves. However they are not interested in the inconveniences they created for the customer. It is they your responsibility to make sure the the people working your tills either hand out a gift receipt of a normal account or cash receipt. When I am trying to get assistance without resorting to measures like these. Then your customer service failes dismally. You are only to happen to receive the revenue but there after we must see to finish. Please not you unwilling to assist is honestly insulting and it also insinuating that we are all shoplifters.
